In addition, the laboratory is equipped with a Varian 240 model atomic absorption device and self-calibrated digital scales with an accuracy of 0.01, 0.0001 mg and a pH meter, etc. EIM unit is the first unit in zinc industry that has succeeded in obtaining a license to use Iran’s incentive standard mark on its zinc ingots and also cooperates with this institution as a partner laboratory of Iran’s standard and industrial research.
