Introduction of the technical unit
The technical unit of the company is responsible for the maintenance and support of the organization’s equipment and machines in order to maintain and improve the quality of production. This unit consists of sub-units: Electricity – Installations – Mechanics – Welding – PM and Technical Engineering Office, performs the task of planning, directing and controlling the activities related to the maintenance and repair of machines and development projects of the organization.
Mechanical and installation and repair unit:
This unit is one of the strategic units of the complex, which is responsible for installing devices and maintaining and repairing various company equipment, such as: Electrogears, filter presses, all types of pumps, tank mixers, and pipelines are also in charge of providing technical services for all units of crushing, flotation, production line, casting and zinc powder, electrolysis, office, etc. It works.
Power unit:
This unit is of special importance due to its direct connection with all other parts of production and includes the following parts:
* Passage post which includes sectionalizers and degenerators of 20 kV.
* Trans room 1 and 2, which includes a rectifier with an output of 20,000 amperes and 420 volts DC, HV transformers and related radiators.
* MCC: In all MCCs, an independent inverter device in different capacities has been installed for each consumer.
Welding unit:
It is responsible for supporting the production unit and participating in the implementation of improvement projects and the design and construction of various structures. The repair of tanks and their caps for the safety of personnel, all types of platforms and chassis, staircases, doors and windows, etc. is also carried out by this unit.
Facility unit:
The facility unit is equipped with three steam boilers with triple fuel of 10, 7 and 5 tons to supply the steam consumption of different production units, and with the presence of 8 compressors, the compressed air needed by the company is supplied. This unit is also responsible for discharging and storing acid, supplying drinking water, soft and industrial water of the company.
